Seborrheic Dermatiti: You may need an intermittent topical steroid. There is a product called Promiseb which is a nonsteroidal option that can help. I have little sand like grains on my scalp with a slight itch. I have been using Nizoral (ketoconazole) 2%. It does not help with this issue.

I have a reoccurring rash that has been treated in the past with Nizoral (ketoconazole) and ketaconozole. Is there something OTC I can get to replace?

Have you tried: A coal tar shampoo such as T/Gel? These can be very effective, especially when the other shampoos are no longer working. Alternatives (if you have not tried them) are selenium sulfide or salicylic acid shampoos.
