They should improve: Those symptoms are a result of your body not having enough thyroid hormone. By taking medicine you are REPLACING that missing hormone. Once the medicine gets to a steady & appropriate level for you, then your body is no longer hypothyroid (as long as you keep taking the medicine), and the symptoms improve.
