Is there anything I can get from the grocery store or drug store for my Bartholin's abscess or cyst until I can see a doctor?

NO, NO: The treatment can depend on one or more of these factors: the size of the cyst, how painful it is, if it is infected, and the patient's age. Saginaw, I: Saginaw,
i truly don't know how things were handled, but a bad smell and soreness tells me it is not right now. Not everything turns out the way we want it to. Go see you dentist and voice your concern. They can not help you unless you give them an opportunity too. If you’re not happy with the response then move on.
Hope this is helpful,
