Have all symptoms to menieres diease. But I've been tested by ENT and its not menieres. What could it be?

Rare as you said: This disorder can be quite bothersome to those who have it. If I had it I would try and be seen by dr denis s poe in boston. Very few surgeons have done as much work on the eustachian tube disorders. Depending how much it is bothering you, it might be worthwhile to see him. No and yes: These are questions you or your mother should have asked the ENT or he/she should have answered them without being asked. ENT may have actually done so but you or your mother didn't register the answer. Pts often swear doc never told them anything even after LONG & DETAILED counseling in the office. Reasonable: Treatment with antibiotics is the standard first-line treatment for patients with sinusitis. Amox-clav or Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) (what you were given) for 2-3 weeks is an ideal first option. Other possible medications could be oral steroids, with allergy medication/sprays as and adjunct. Surgery is reserved for recalcitrant disease that does not reposed to multiple antibiotic courses. Tinnitus not serious: In most cases. Don't know why piracetam was prescribed, efficacy to treat anything let alone tinnitus is questionable. There are claims that tebonin might have some effect. Best to diagnose cause & treat that. Certainly discontinue any meds which might have caused it. White noise machine can help to reduce tinnitus to help with sleep. Not only the treatment needed for it, the cause for it needs to be found. It's very unusual to have Thrush in Immunocompetent people, although stress, Diabetes and some medication could cause that.
