The drug is taxotere (docetaxel) and cyclophosphamide used in chemo due to early stage of invasive lobular carcinoma does side effect cause insomia, depression?

Chemo and cancer: Dealing with cancer and its treatment is not something easy to do in many cases. Is experience with docetaxel worse than experience with fec?

Is experience with docetaxel worse than experience with fec?

I don't think so: Do you mean fec (fluorouracil (5fu), epirubicin and cyclophosphamide)? If so, I think that the side effects with docetaxel are better compared to fec. However, it all depends on the dose. For many cancers we use a dose of 75 mg/m2 and in my opinion this much better tolerated than fec. Please make sure to ask your oncologist more details about docetaxel so that you are prepared.
Best wishes
