Stop the pills: Rather than taking another pill I think you need to step back and be evaluated for the diagnosis of insomnia. Your sleep pattern has to be analyzed your blood needs to be drawn. I wouldn't: You might fall asleep for a long, long time. You may be able to fall sleep with just the diazepam or just the Nytol. Did the doctor prescribe you 10 mg of diazepam at a time?
