None interact with:
Injection, which is a small amount of drug in one spot and not everywhere.
Frankly, the slight risk is the meloxicam (aspirin like drugs potentially increasing the bleeding risk of the injection).

I had a depo-Medrol injection two weeks ago. I did really well the week. Now doesn't seem to be helping. I thought it stayed in your system for 6 wks?
Results vary: You did not really say where you had the injection or what it was for but results with steroid injections vary. If it was an intramuscular injection to calm down your asthma then it would only be expected to last for a week or two. If it was a joint injection for arthritis then it could relieve the pain for up to 3 months. Even this is variable and people have different results. ...Read more

Will a 120mg 3ml Depo Medrol IM shot in the buttocks be painful? Will it be given with my briefs under the gown, or without my briefs under the gown?

I had a depo-medrol shot a week ago for bronchitis. Can I get a flu shot? Or do I need to wait. Thanks!
Depends: If the flu is already active in your area, a shot may be the best thing you can do right now to reduce your risk. However, it is likely not to give you the best protection since the steroid interferes with immune function. I usually wait 30 days or just repeat the flu shot then to give the best protection. ...Read more

Hours: Depomedrol starts to work in about 6 hrs but the peak effects will come many hours later. Do note that it does not always work for rhinitis. As for sinus infection, it may be used along with an antibiotic but by itself the benefits will at best be temporarily without the infection eradicated. Note that this is not the customary treatment since nasal steroid works at least as well. ...Read more
