Both agents can irritate stomach lining. So taking both at the same time can increase the risk for stomach bleeding, etc. However, it is generally safe to combine baby Aspirin with another NSAID in patients who have heart disease. Patella dislocation: It's still sideways? Are you sure it's back (we say "reduced"). Patellar dislocations are usually easy to manage, but am x-ray is needed to properly asses it. If you didn't see a doc, do see one. Daypro is anti inflammatory and I would not add another. You can safely take Tylenol, (acetaminophen) but this really needs to be seen by a doc. ...Read more

Meds for pain? I can't talk w/out pain and on a scale of 1-10 its about a 7or8.
Oral Lidocaine: Buy an oral anaesthetic, the kind you spray to the back of your throat to numb it, except use it in the surgical area. Try to find one that is meant for the mouth (swish and spit) rather than the kind for the throat. It will improve each day and this should help you tolerate the pain a bit more. ...Read more
