What is "cib"?: How do you know you have cellulitis? Most diagnoses of leg cellulitis are not correct. Stasis dermatitis is much more common. This is a sad but common error. If you have cellulitis, or any other cause for red & swollen leg, bacitracin is useless. In fact it frequently causes allergic reactions which make it worse. See a dermatologist. Read more
