Getting allergy testing done next week. Since coming off antihistamines I've noticed how extreeeemely itchy my scalp/body is. Using Aveeno (oatmeal) is helping.
Dry skin: If the allergy skin testing is solely for itching without any nasal , eye. or respiratory symptoms, I believe that the yield is quite low. It depends on the circumstances. If you did it once, it should not have any effect. If you did it and had sex with a condom, the condom would have become ineffective. If you need a lubricant, use a water based jelly like K-Y jelly.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
