Unknown,but possible: I don't know if there is any effect of Botox on shingles. In general, Botox works on the neuromuscular end plates, which are motor in nature. The best results I have seen in my patients comes when they begin taking verapamil on a daily basis until the episode of cluster migraine has resolved.
