Most likely: Pilocarpine should keep your pupils small enough but you may need to use it indefinitely. Unfortunately the only other options are bromonidine, another drop to keep the pupils from dilating, taking out the lens or just learning to tolerate the symptoms. Read more

Unusual: This is unusual, as the dilating drops used during the procedure last about 1.5 days at the most. There could be some other reason such as too large of an ICL or high eye pressure causing pupil dilation (rare). Please see your ICL surgeon to see what is going on. Read more
