Not sure: Fever blisters or hsv i viral outbreaks can be shortened by immediate use of zovirax, (acyclovir) but if not taken before 48 or so hours into it, it will be of little benefit. I do not know the specific body clearance for the drug, but as it is dosed every 4 hours, i imagine it is cleared rapidly. No I didn't take any medication as I went to the dr to late blisters have gone I only have scabs can I go to work or will someone still catch chicken ?

Let's hear OB's: While I would defer this to my OB colleagues, my understanding is with SEVERE pre-eclampsia that delivery is still indicated even if blood pressure comes down. Blood pressure is not the only thing they are concerned about with this disorder, and if yours is severe as you elude to, I don't think just getting BP controlled would by the fix.
