Not directly, BUT: Lyrica (pregabalin) works very well for suppression of nerve pain and tingling, and tapering may allow prior problems to again become symptomatic, but muscle pain, numbness and tingling are NOT direct side effects of Lyrica (pregabalin). ...Read more

Muscle relaxants: Lyrica (pregabalin) is more of a nerve blocking agent for treatment of the fibromyalgia. If you have concomitant muscle spasms, perhaps a muscle relaxant will help with those symptoms (eg. Flexeril, robaxin, Soma or even baclofen) just be careful due to the increased drowsiness side-effect of both medications, which may increase dramatically if used together. ...Read more

I take lyrica (pregabalin) but am in so much pain. Muscle and bone had ruff summer also went from 123 in feb to 158 now can anyone help me?

Dose reduction: Thes symptoms may be a drug reaction. The dose may have to be reduced and if already low it may need to be stopped. See your doc and let him make decision. If mild he may reduce dose as mentioned or if he is satisfied dose and symptoms ok he may ride it out and see if they dissapear over time.
