My question is form a medical and physical aspect please discuss the irony of the statement "beauty is only skin deep". I need this answer for a discussion I am doing in my medical terminology class. Please help me.
Hello. : Hello. I will give you an opinon from a psychiatrist. My interpretation is that a person's beauty should be judged by their character not by their outward appearance. A woman could look exceptionally beautiful from a physical perspective but might be cruel, spiteful, selfish, self - absorbed etc. Thus, this woman may possess physical beauty but lack more meaningful beauty when it comes to their persona. How a person looks on their outside does not determine what their personality is like. Now, what would be really great is if you can get some input from plastic surgeons who do a lot of elective cosmetic surgery. Many of their clients may be seeking the type of beauty that is skin deep through medical procedures. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

She can go to the doctors' pages and read the doctors' answers to other questions, to help her decide which doctor to place her confidence in. Sometimes more than one answer is right (more than one way to do something). ...Read more
