Medical Necessity: What this means is that it is necessary for a condition you have. With dextroamphetamine I'm assuming you use it for ADHD. Your insurance company must see an official diagnosis from your doctor. Usually they may require specific testing to diagnosis you. Just add them: If i understand your question, you used a "balance beam scale" (google it), with weights on 2 metal "beams". To find your total weight, you add these numbers together. 150 + 28 = 178 lbs.
