Are potassium and sodium nitrate in processed meats carcinogenic? How often is it recommended you eat these preservatives and serving size?
Not Healthy food: Processed meats are not healthy food. it is to be avoided. so should Red meat be aavoided as these foods increase the risk for Cancer. You can eat plant based foods(fruits and vegies), Pasta and grains and Poultry meats. Fish is the best alternative. You can supplement this with Soy products like Tofu and Eggs.
