Chest pain: It sounds like it may be musculoskeletal but always good to ensure. Ice packs and moist heat will definitely help me move in the right direction with gentle stretching and massaging. This type of pain can be very painful so an Ibuprofen may help to. Make sure you take deep breaths or else you may be at risk for a lung infection from taking shallow breaths. ...Read more

Can't tell, but...: A starting point is 130 lbs. A lot depends on a person's body build. Some are naturally very thin, others thick or big-boned, but most people are somewhere in between. "Australian" is a location, so that doesn't help either, as many different types of bodies are in Australia. BMI is helpful if a person is of average musculature.
