Exercise everyday. Friend's sitting resting heart: 70bpm - 75bpm why? Heart Disease?

Observe syncope. Baseline BP 115/73, hr 88 bpm. During tilt 70 : BP stable, hr 112 bpm. During isuprel (isoproterenol) : BP 92/78, hr 175 bpm. Thoughts? Is it normal?
