Need more info: There is no need to get a cerclage just because you have a twin pregnancy. It is recommended only if there's risk of preterm labor. There are, of course, risks to this procedure - including infection, bleeding, premature rupture of membranes, preterm labor, etc. The success rate ranges from 80-90% if done electively (not emergency). Definitely okay: So long as your doctor has not told you that there is a reason you should not be walking or exercising in pregnancy, walking is great. Even 60 min a day.
