No: A child should get a measles vaccine (MMR = measles, mumps, rubella vaccine) once after his first birthday, and a second time after his 4th birthday or at age 4-5 years. Some children get an extra dose of measles vaccine BEFORE their first birthdays, but that extra dose is for extra protection and does not count towards the future 2 doses.
