However, the confirmatory test (which in any forensic setting where the results matter should be done) will be negative and will correctly identify the parent drug and metabolites. I wouldn't take MDMA: for any reason, because its really bad for your brain cells. It would not primarily target most of the same neurotransmitters as Prozac (fluoxetine), (fluoxetine) but the crash afterwards would certainly be in the wrong direction. Prozac (fluoxetine) is an anti-depressant with some anti-anxiety properties.
