Unlikely: Most mental functions diminish to some extent as we age. The first to go seems to be the remembrance of names and faces. Anyway, most slow down a little in mathematical ability, less so if math is an important part of their life. Exercise, even mental exercise, usually responds to frequent use. Hard to say.: Not remembering numbers probably has more to do with short-term or working memory. A math learning disorder is diagnosed when someone has much more problem with basic math than would be expected for their level of intelligence--enough so to interfere with school or work performance--despite adequate instruction. ...Read more

More information..: We would need to know what has happened in prior years. Is this something new or this has been ongoing? Is this getting worse? You would need to see your doctor( preferably a Neurologist) first and find out what could be a physical cause for this.
