If i don't breastfeed then does that mean i will get mastitis? How do I stop the milk flow if I am not breastfeeding?

No mastitis: You will not necessarily get mastitis but are likely to experience engorgement which can be painful. Keep your breasts bound by a well fitting support bra, consider using cabbage leaves inside the bra to help dry out the milk supply (strange but true) and avoid any stimulation to the breasts like warm water or sexual stimulation while trying to get the milk to go away. ...Read more
