Probably tendon : It's hard to say the exact cause, however pain that is present after prolonged rest is usually muscle or tendon related. See an EP: Your list is long, and i'm not sure what is meant by "observe svt"... Also, sounds like you have a medical background? Remember, with a normal echo, your prognosis is usually good. R on t pvcs are concerning only if "tight-coupled". Rec you see an electrophysiologist. ...Read more
