I'm 18 and I weight about 118 and I really want to gain weight a healthy one and today my brother got me mass-tech is there anything I should worry about?
Yes: Worry about anything that's not "food from the farm". Normal healthy people gain weight just fine, eating healthy foods that are not overly processed. Supplements are not needed. One's regular doctor can check to see if there is a hormonal problem or other condition, if a person is very underweight. (everyone should have a regular doctor to do check-ups and answer questions.). ...Read more

Optimum nutrition's serious mass, does it have any side effects? I am planning to start it on gym days. Is it advisable? Want to gain mass.
Seems okay: It appears to be a whey-protein supplement with creatine, and thus safe. I'm glad you're pursuing a fitness goal like this, and that you are doing this rather than using anabolic steroids. My friends who lift often use a protein powder and/or creatine with good results; everyone I know who's tried steroids has been sorry. ...Read more

Err...: Not sure what side effects it may have as am not familiar with the product, but I would be a little cautious, especially if this is a product that the trainer wants you to purchase from the gym. Most of these otc supplements do little. Do the work, eat healthy food and your body will respond in the way it was designed to. Better to trust nature rather than a man-made short-cut. ...Read more

No free lunch. . .: Unlike otc ; prescription medications, dietary supplements have no mandatory oversight or regulation. No way to tell: Unfortunately, dietary supplements are regulated as foods (as opposed to drugs). As such, they are not required to undergo the same testing (or prove their claims to be true). Also, since no third party testing of their product is required - the ingredients listed don't even have to match what is in the bottle. Wish I had a better answer. .. Good luck! ...Read more

I just looked at the ingredient list of mutant mass and there is enough stuff in it that if you have any hesitation I would not take it.

Depends on your age: Jeffry s life, M.D. Would disagree with the the previous answers. I would suggest reading "the life plan" and googling "cenegenics." if your total and especially free testosterone are below normal levels, either due to aging or disease, you are a candidate for fda approved testosterone replacement, via transdermal or injectable routes. This therapy can change your life, and you need to ask your dr. ...Read more
