At least 3 different docs here have questioned the rationale for taking both marvelon (birth control) and duphaston (used in Progesterone deficiency, possible to prevent preterm delivery). Anytime works: As long as you take them as prescribed and follow the arrows on your package insert, day/night/evening doesn’t really matter. Breakthrough bleed: The later in the cycle you start your pack of pills the higher the chance of breakthrough bleeding. It can take a few cycles to regulate.
