TB: No. It is not likely, although not impossible that a fetus could be infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis. Medication to treat hypothyroidism (thyroxine) will not cause reactivation of latent tb. You should be just fine. Get treatment: Hypothyroidism (low thyroid levels, which you have) is associated with miscarriage. That should be treated before you try again. Also, they will probably test you to be sure there is no active tb. If so, you need to be treated before getting pregnant again as the treatment can be harmful to an embryo/fetus.
