No: there is no evidence that marijuana usage increases the risk of esophageal cancer. It would be even less likely, given the infrequent nature of your usage. You should follow your anti-reflux regimen closely though, given that you have Barrett's esophagus. Second-hand marijuana smoke will virtually never cause a positive urine test (unless it is in a closed car with 5 people smoking and you inhaling deeply). In addition, unless they are doing hair follicle testing, nothing from that many months ago would be detectable in a urine or saliva test, and might not even be in most hair samples, depending on length. ...Read more
