These are just part of degenerative disc. ...Read more
Indolent, persistent: Marginal zone lymphoma is a form of lymphoma that is of low aggressiveness and "indolent." it refers to the cell of origin of the tumor having come from the "marginal zone" of the lymph node, as opposed to "germinal center cell" or "activated b-cell type" cells which are subtypes of the more aggressive "large cell" lymphoma family. It is slower growing, but may be persistent and tough to "cure.". ...Read more
Like arthritis: When the discs in the spine start to degenerate, they no longer can do their shock absorbing job. Giving blood tomorrow at 1pm, have a date at 8pm...would affect of a couple of beers be more increased than usual, or marginally?
Thank you for donating blood and being a good citizen. Drink 2-3 glasses of water before you donate and 2-3 glasses of juice after donating. I would not recommend beer even if you did not donate blood. Alcohol does no good to anyone. For good health — Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form.
Practice safe sex. ...Read more

Incorrectly bent down during pregnancy @24w. I have marginal previa. Could I've caused more issues or posed a risk to my baby?
Absolutely not: Bending over alone cannot cause you to hurt your baby or aggravate your previa. If you were to bend over and lift 50 pounds that wouldn't be recommended, but I don't think you're doing that. Marginal previas, at 24 weeks, typically do move out-of-the-way by term, so fingers crossed that you can have a vaginal delivery at term! Best of luck. ...Read more
