You should prob.not: take those two together. bupropion hcl oral and dextromethorphan hbr oral bupropion hcl oral will increase the level or effect of dextromethorphan hbr oral by altering drug metabolism. and high levels of buproprion cause seizures (bad). ...Read more

Puzzling: I am unfamiliar with antidepressants causing urinary incontinence. Mao inhibitors are old and very tricky medications to work with as they interact seriously with many meds and certain foods like aged cheeses. Your psychiatrist is best qualified to advise you about the side effects of these different medications. ...Read more
