Most of the time

the reason a breast is removed is cancer. The second largest reason would be in woman with many lumps who are tired of having to continually have them removed. Removing a breast for other reasons would be extremely rare.

Breast Immune suppression Immunosuppression Immunosuppressive therapy Stretching Transplant Transplantation

Unlikely

When you say possible, it is a stretch. Not likely to happen due an imbalance in the risk of immunosuppression, and the benefit to have it done. This would trump the technical challenges of even attempting to do this.

Do's And Don'ts

Don't get a breast MRI instead of a mammoram; the tests should be used together.

Hormone responsive

The actual mammary tissue is hormonally responsive but the degree of response varies from one individual to another. While natural or endogenous alterations in hormone that occur with pregnancy, oral contraceptives, weight gain, thelarche/menopause may stimulate this growth, the potential stimulation of breast cancer raise concerns about prescribing hormones.

No natural augment

I suspect you are asking about ways to increase breast size without surgery. I've never seen any scientific literature or patient studies that show any real improvement without surgery. I thnk a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the right place to start if you are thinking about breast enhancement.

 Breast Neoplasms Tissue

See below

A normal breast should not have any clear lump or mass, provided you feel for it by using the flat part of your hand/Fingers. Some women have 'lumpy'' breast, often due to fibrocyctic changes which are fairly common in otherwise healthy breasts. If you can feel any lumps in your breast, you must seek a medical examination by a health care professional who can do clinical breast examination for you
