Malic Acid Chelation
Could asupplement with aminoacids, vitamins(l-carnitine, l-tartaric acid, potassium chloride, l-leucine, isoleucine, valine, nicotinic)cause damage on brain?
Chelation is the name for administering a substance to remove heavy metals from the body. It can be an important treatment for lead poisoning or iron overload. It is also touted by some for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders, based on the idea that these children may have toxicity from mercury or other heavy metals. However, there is little evidence to support this hypothesis. Chelation agents bind metals nonspecifically and may result in dangerously low levels of calcium, iron, and magnesium, in addition to toxic heavy metals. Thus, ...Read more
What is the difference between Vanadium nicotinate gylcinate chelate versus Vanadium amino acid chelate?
Not really any: Many drugs come as different salts, but the active ingredient is the same. The salt rarely causes any differences in the activity of the primary ingredient, but may sometimes alter the potency (the dose you need), or the absorption. Often the differences are only for the purpose of patenting a "different" chemical to be marketed. ...Read more

Effects on kidney: Citrate lyase is not harmful. The hydroxycitric acid (hydrocitric acid) in small amounts would not be harmful either. Large doses of hydroxycitric acid over time could potentially be harmful although there are no case reports or data to prove this. More important than having one kidney is knowing the kidney function is. Best answered with egfr a calculation of kidney function done by your doctor. ...Read more

What's the difference from magnesium elemental from magnesium Glycinate/lysinate chelated, sodium bicarbonate, and magnesium oxide?
Diff. absorption and: Magnesium always occurs as a salt in combination with other things such as chloride, oxide, glycine, citrate, taurine etc. Some forms are poorly absorbed; for example magnesium oxide is only 4% absorbed, so it does not raise magnesium much but is a good laxative. The best-absorbed are glycinate and taurate and those amino have benefits. See https://www.organicnewsroom.com/magnesium-supplements/ ...Read more
