Male Urinating Sideways
This question reguards a male. His symptos; sideways urination/ 'weird feeling' in penis after drinking a sugarfree koolaid drink. Has lasted 3days?
Likely unrelated: If urethra sticking (causing angled voiding) and unusual feeling for few days, more concerning may be a urethritis, which likely has nothing to do w/koolaid (but "might" be an odd allergic reaction, I guess). Should see your dr / urgent care / std clinic for exam and urine testing to be sure is not std / infection as cause. ...Read more

57 yr old male with prostatitis 2 months ago. Took all meds but I have been urinating sideways since it began. What to do?
Here are some...: The real case of prostatitis in a 57-y-o man is much less common than that of inefficient relaxation & opening of prostate urethra and bladder neck, leading to weak sideway urine flow. On top of these, urethral stricture may further diminish urine flow. More? Ask a urologist for effective Rx, care, & counseling timely, not with antibiotics alone. ...Read more

My take. ..: This sign, white discharge, alone is not enough to offer correct answer. To better get to the point, go to see a urologist who can analyze your detailed Hx + do physical exam + testing urine & others so to deduce right Dx for correct Rx as needed + counsel you for the future. Best wish. .. ...Read more

Urgency: Urgency, the feeling of needing to urinate, is usually the result of a full bladder. But in cases of an overactive bladder, or bladder irritation, the sensation of needing to urinate may not signal a full bladder. An irritated bladder may signal the need to urinate when, in fact the bladder is actually empty. A visit with a urologist is recommended for an evaluation. ...Read more
Urination: If this is new, it may be due to a blockage, such as from a stone, in your urethra. Generally accompanied by significant pain. If you are not drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily, you may just be urinating less. I recommend a basicurinalysis and kidney function test to allay your concerns. ...Read more
4 -5: The classic and expected number of urinations per day would be 4 - 5, corresponding to 1500 - 2000 ml of urine production daily. This amount of urination can vary normally depending on fluid consumption, heat and exertion (sweating). This amount can also vary for numerous pathologic conditions - if you are voiding unusually frequently see your doctor and report this symptom. ...Read more

Within 2-3 days: Although you don't say it in your question, the conditions in your profile (balanitis, clotrimazole) suggest you have been diagnosed with candida (yeast, thrush) under your foreskin. It should improve within 2-3 days of starting clotrimazole. If it is taking longer, recheck with your doctor. Or consider your local NHS genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic for guaranteed expert care. ...Read more
What?: This phrase really doesn't make sense. Do you mean incontinence or leakage? What is meant by "symptoms of extravasation? " extravasation is abnormal leakage of fluid from somewhere it should be to somewhere it should not, and it frequently confirmed with radiographic tests and x-ray contrast material. So, you must rephrase your question. ...Read more
