I have to use the bathroom constantly. It's even worse at night. I have no STDs and have been tested for a UTI several times and all of the test were negative. When I apply pressure to my urinary meatus the discomfort is bearable. After I use the bathroom
Urethral syndrome?: Some urinary tract infections in women are limited to the urethra (urine passage). Often there are few white blood cells and tests for WBC may be negative; and if a culture is done, only a small number of bacteria are found, less than with most UTIs. Infections inside the urethra are most often either chlamydia or gonorrhea. Yeast does not cause the symptoms of urethritis. But, yeast infections are common on the skin around the penis and scrotum.
