Can Thoracic Outlet Syndrome cause nipple pain and breast pain in adult males? I'm a 56yo male, with TOS, and nipple pain x3-4 months.
Probably not: That does not sound like symptoms of TOS. Men can get breast cancer just like women. I would initially start out with your primary care physician and then even see a breast surgeon specialist. Several things.: If enlarge and full, it could be too much estrogen, particularly if overweight. However, usually bilateral.
