24 yo men: Do not get prostate cancer. You could have persistent prostatitis. I'm confused about perineal ejacaulate if you do not have perineal urination as well. A perineal tear: Is caused by traumatic childbirth: a laceration of the skin and soft tissues which separate the vagina from the anus. They are common, usually superficial and often require no treatment. But more severe tears can result in fecal incontinence/urgency, chronic perineal pain or pain with sex.
