Organophospate toxin: Don’t swallow or get Malathion in nose, ears, mouth, vagina, or eyes. Protect eyes. If Malathion accidentally comes in contact with eyes, flush them with water to reduce irritation. If irritation continues or you experience vision changes, talk to your doctor. This medication contains an ingredient that could easily catch fire (flammable). Don’t use Malathion on newborns or infants. ...Read more

I can't seem to kill off the lice, should I try prescribed malathion lotion?

Yes: Sometimes lice can be very resilient. You also can have families which re-infect each other. Try the prescription shampoo/ lotion and be sure to have each of your family members and/or pets checked and treated as well. Wash all linens in hot water and even try having the rugs in the house steam cleaned. Lice can infect and re-infect a family, and in some cases an extreme cleaning is needed. ...Read more
