My 19 month old grandson used to babble, now he just grunts and makes an ehhh sound. He understands everything, points knows letters & numbers. ?
My little girl (3 months old) has tracheomalacia. What can be done to make her more comfortable? Her breathing sounds horrible.

She sleeps whenever: The amount of sleep may not change but habbit of sleep will over time. When young, u have to work and have other responsibilties to accomplish during day, thus needing to sleep at night. At 92, she does not have to get up early, so sleeps whenever she wants, naps whenever convenient. As long as she feels well and active when up, she is fine. Airway Noise: If child has no symptoms of respiratory distress/difficulty, consider abnormalities of the upper airway. Tracheomalacia is increased "floppiness" in upper airway that can cause increased noise especially with inspiration, worse when crying or breathing hard.
