I have nearsightedness and an astigmatism. Should I wear glasses all the time, even for close up activities? Or will this make vision worse?

As im diagnosed witn dry eyes,can i still continue to wear contact lens and put eye make up as it irritates the eyes?
2 Double whammies: Dry Eye syndrome with contact lens wear is a recipe for disaster. Then wearing mascara and eye makeup that flakes/ particles can get in the eyes, under the contact lens, and irritate the cornea and conjuctiva. See your eye doctor soon to discuss. In Fuchs dystrophy, will contact lenses make symptoms worse because the cornea is getting less oxygen. I really don't want to give up wearing contacts?
Need to talk to eye: doctor. I would ask that to your opthalmologist. I feel that there is more a chance of you going blind wearing contacts.
