❤ palpitations after eating a healthy vegan meal. Very obese, i drink veg/green smoothies for bkfst & lunch, no trouble until my full meal at dinner.
Might be normal issu: Random palpitations can be a normal issue if they happen from time to time or if you are taking in stimulants like coffee, alcohol, tobacco or over-the-counter medications such as pseudoephedrine, which is found in cold preparations and some herbal medications, including ma huang. What would cause my severe pain in my abdomen, a large area above navel, 30 minutes after consuming salad, fruit or eggs. I was vegan for 3 years, now i eat eggs and poultry with meals. ?
Because of very disrupting postprandial hypoglycemia I'm considering eating vegan protein powder (soy, pea, hemp, rice...) with every meal. Good idea?
