Magnesium Uses In Everyday Life
Is magnesium blends good to use with most herb products? Currently I am using ultra muscleze (magnesium) and a ease tension herb medicine.

2)to prevent severe cerebral palsy in the offspring of women with ruptured membranes and/or preterm labor <32 weeks.
3)to prevent seizures in women with preeclampsia (severe only?) at high-risk periods (e.g. Labor, first 24 hours postpartum). ...Read more
Both magnesium and kava can have a relaxing effect and make you pretty mellow. It is perfectly safe to take them together, just be aware that it might make you sleepy and you should not try to drive or operate heavy equipment for a few hours after taking.
While generally safe and well tolerated be aware of potential hazards. See https://draxe. Com/kava-root/ for more info. ...Read more
Can I take 10mg melatonin and use magnesium oil for sleep? I should be okay because they're both natural, right?
Might help: Give these a try to see if they can help your insomnia. They have no side effects and should not be a problem. These are both refined products and are not quite natural any more than white sugar is "not" natural. The definitions of natural are very nebulous and undefined so beware of depending too much on this labeling. Poison ivy is certainly natural, but that does not mean it is not toxic. ...Read more

Yes: Magnesium is important. It is involved in over 300 chemical reactions including muscle, nerve, immune system, heart and bone functions. Adult men need up to 420 mg/day, with younger men, women and children needing less. There is plenty in foods like cereal, nuts, beans, and spinach, so a supplement may not be needed. Doctors and vitamins:
I hope you understand that the various vitamin products on the market are something that most physicians would not have any expertise in. There are vitamin standards set by the government and daily recommended doses. These are all well displayed on the vitamin products available.

Could use your help docs! A friend drank water with magnesium sulfate every day and she lost a lot of weight rapidly. Why?
Not for long term: Side effects include hypermagnesemia which could cause heart rhythm trouble. Hypermagnesemia occurs specially in persons with slow kidneys. Would suggest alternating it with other cathartics if you have constipation. Several options exist i.e. Senna preparations, plymerizedethylene glycol preparations called MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) or its generic form, flaxseed oil, and prune juice. May check with pharmacist too. ...Read more
