What is the main diff between adderall and lexapro. I was given one when I forgot my meds and it also helped me. Is there a lesser evil between the 2?
Different Class: Lexapro is an antidepressant and Adderall is a stimulant. Hard to answer which is less evil. Lexapro probably safer overall, but with some side effects. There is a very narrow of conditons that would warrant Adderall, most take for ADD/ADHD and daytime sleepiness conditions. ...Read more
