Should be ok: Sorry to hear about the shoulder pain. If this is a one time occurrence it might have something as simple as sleeping on your right shoulder and stressing the joint for a short time. I sometimes wake up with my arm feeling numb because I slept on it too long and cut off the blood supply, but it gets better instantly when I wake up and allow blood to go back to the arm.
