28/f, itchy skin all over body, no rash. Scared it could be lymphoma. Read its a common symptom. No dry skin, not allergic reaction. No other problems?

Get checked by Docto: Itching is common among normal healthy people. Most often it is due to dry skin which is very common in colder winter months(home heat make sit much worse). It is not a common symptom or lymphoma. So you can get that out of your mind. Use some oily lotions daily and it should settle down. If it gets worse/persists despite well oiled skin, then get a medical check up from your doctor. ...Read more

You can get the nodes checked by the pediatrician, but they are probably normal. ...Read more

Many possibilities: Itching is a common symptom and may have many causes. Why you would pick on lymphoma is not clear. This would not be in my five diagnoses to be considered first. Itching all over with no rash, scalp, arms, hands, legs, everything itch what could be going on. About 4 days now, hoping its not lymphoma?

Itching: Many things can cause itching. While it is possible for lymphoma to be the culprit, it is not the first thing that jumps to my mind. Allergic reactions, medications, iron deficiency, liver or kidney disease, and psychological problems are much more likely causes. Lymphoma usually causes unexplained fever and weight loss, drenching night sweats, and swollen lymph glands. Please see a dermatologist. ...Read more
