Not necessarily : Lymph nodes are everywhere in your body and act as filters help your immune system function properly. They can filter foreign particles such drainage from allergies, infection or cancer cells. Probably cyst: Small movable lumps are more likely benign cysts and not lymphoma. However there is no way to tell this without exam. Please see your doctor and have them check it and check for other possibly enlarged lymph nodes. The doctor may want to do some testing.
