Virchow's is cancer: If everybody with a palpable supraclavicular node had a Virchow's, it wouldn't be a helpful term. Virchow's is a dominant lymph node above the medial left collarbone from malignancy that's gotten there via the thoracic duct. It's obviously very abnormal. You've probably got a palpable supraclavicular node or two yourself just being a young man. Stop worrying about them unless you're clearly sick. ...Read more

Any pathologist worthy of the name will have given a diagnosis -- malignant or not, or under further evaluation, need more studies.
