Really tender lymph nodes on the top/back of my head, and the back/side of my neck down to my clavicle for a week. Now tender nodes on ribs. Causes?

I've been told that sores in my nose could be staph i also seem to have a a lot of flem at times and what seems to be dry mucas at the top of my nose . I also can be a bit wheezy do you think it could have spread ? I have a couple of enlarged lymph nodes
