Probable: If you are allergic to the pollen, it is definitely a possibility. Needless to say that avoidance is the key.

Lymph nodes, lipomas: A lipoma is in the skin, and looks like a bulge in the skin itself. An enlarged lymph node is usually under the skin and its possible to move the surface of the skin separate from the underlying lymph node.
