Usual: There are many there. If tender, relates to some inflammation in the area, or sometimes a viral illness like mono. If non tender and enlarging , some other concerns. By location: Supraclavicular (Not spuraclavicular) nodes are just above the clavicle. If you trace your finger from the base of your neck and right behind the clavicle going outwards towards the shoulder, you will feel a triangular space that ends when the clavicle bends backwards.
