Are there lymph nodes in the inside crease of the elbow?

Yes and nearby: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react. They shrink when all is well. ...Read more

Cbc normal but lymph nodes swelling in neck and one behind neck also had one last year on elbow and nothing came of it. ?

See a doctor: Hmm. Lymph nodes can swell when your immune system is fighting an infection. They are usually tender when that occurs. A viral infection like "mono" can cause the lymph nodes in the back of your neck to swell. Certain cancers can also cause lymph node swelling. This would not show up on a cbc. A doctor needs to feel your nodes and decide if further tests are needed! ...Read more

My left arm has been sore and since yesterday. today I noticed that there was HUGE swollen spot of lymph nodes on the thumb side just below the elbow.

Lymph Nodes: That is not a typical place to find swollen lymph nodes and that isolated finding is not an obvious description of any common medical condition or infection. Without further information I cannot help with diagnosis but if it is huge swollen and worsening I would have a doctor look at it today. ...Read more

Most important thing is to rule out any new complications like recurrence of your lymphoma or appearance of a new cancer for which you are at some risk. Regular follow up with your oncologist is a must, so he/she can figure ou ...Read more
